Eligibility for discount fulfilment

Our discount fulfilment services are based on certain criteria to ensure we can fulfill orders at the prices that we advertise, as such you must meet all of the following criteria in order to work with us.

• Every item you sell with us must be less than 2kg in weight, this is the fully packed weight of the products including any packaging or inserts.
• We must ship a minimum of 100 orders per month using this service, failure to ship the minimum order level will result in a doubling of your storage fees.
• Packaging for the orders is at our discretion.
• No hazardous, fragile, liquids or perishable goods.
• Our postal services are untracked UK second class and rest of the world Airmail, although proof of postage is available.
• We reserve the right to restrict number of items in each order.
